How do I find my deposit address and tag/memo/comment?
When you deposit cryptocurrency to our platform from third-party exchanges or non-custodial wallets, you'll need a deposit address, and sometimes even a tag/memo from us depending on the cryptocurrency you are depositing. Here's where you can find the address and tag/memo when depositing.
On the app
Open your OKX app, and select Deposit crypto
Select the crypto you want to deposit, then select the designated deposit network
You'll see your Deposit address and tag/memo/comment if it's required
Note: if your selected crypto comes with a tag/memo/comment, there is a Deposit reminder that you need to read and acknowledge before viewing the deposit details.You can select Copy to copy both the deposit address and tag/memo/comment or select Share to share them with your friends and family
On the web
Log in to your account, go to the Assets and select Deposit
Select the crypto you want to deposit, then select the designated deposit network
You'll see your Deposit address and tag/memo/comment if it's required

Can I delete a deposit address?
Created deposit addresses can’t be modified or deleted. You can add up to 20 addresses for different cryptos and networks.
How do I switch between multiple deposit addresses?
If you have multiple deposit addresses, all of them can receive funds.
Go to Deposit > Deposit crypto > switch address
Switch to your desired addresses
How do I add a new deposit address?
On the deposit page, select Address > Add address
Go to address book page to add new address
How do I edit the name of a deposit address?
On the deposit page, select Address > Edit > Edit the deposit address name
Select the edit from the address book page to edit
Note:
Copy the deposit address and tag/memo/comment, paste it on the withdrawal page of the platform of your choice and follow the instructions to complete your deposit.
Make sure the withdrawal network of your selected platform matches the deposit address on our platform.
USDT deposits via the BSC network aren't supported, please select a different network to avoid potential asset loss.
Not every cryptocurrency and network requires a tag/memo/comment. If it's required, make sure you fill in both the deposit address and tag/memo/comment to avoid any potential losses; if there is no tag/memo/comment required, the deposit address alone will be sufficient.
The process for sub-accounts to find deposit addresses is the same as for the main account.
If your deposit address appears different, this may be due to the system upgrade or the presence of multiple available addresses, which is normal. To reduce operational risk, please consistently use the same address when possible.
