Step 1: Confirm that the cryptocurrency, network, and token contract match

  • Please check whether the following information exactly matches what is shown on the platform’s deposit page.

    • Is cryptocurrency correct? (e.g., USDT, ETH)

    • Is the deposit network correct? (e.g., ERC20, TRC20, BEP20)

    • Is the token contract correct? (applicable to certain cryptocurrencies)

    If any of the above information does not match, the deposit will be considered an unsupported deposit, and the crypto will not be credited automatically.
