I reply to over 1k people a day. I don’t do it for monetization. I don’t do it for engagement. I don’t do it for followers. I’ve been doing it since 2008. I do it to connect. I do it to network. I do it to build. I do it because that’s the point of social media.

Should I give up? This question always lingers in my mind every morning before I step out of the house. And in the end, I still arrive at the company on time for work.
